15. Darren and Dora First Argument
A new transfer student has moved into our class along with that she seems to know Darren.
“ Darren~ I haven’t seen you for so long “ she said after class.
“ Elaine, hi. It has been a long time, hasn’t it? Well, how are you?” asked Darren.
“ Darren, who is this?” I asked.
“ Oh, Dora. This is Elaine, my family friend and Elaine this is Dora my girlfriend.” introduced Darren.
“ Hi Dora. Darren, is this the girl...” asked Elaine. Darren interrupted and explained to Elaine about the situation and she seems to understand the whole situation very clearly.
“Darren, We are late for our horse riding club.” I said
“ Oh right, yeah. Elaine we got to go, sorry. Dora lets go.” Darren said. Darren went to the horse track first while I went to the bathroom first. I was washing my hand when I saw Elaine come into the bathroom.
“ Oh, hi Elaine,” I said.
“ You will never be able to steal Darren away from me”
“ What!?”
“ You heard me”
“ What makes you so sure that you will win over Darren?”
“ Because he is mine. We are destined to be together”
“ You’re destined to be together? I think you are mistaken, he is mine and I won’t let you take him away.” I said before I walked out of the bathroom. During the day Elaine was like a different person then she was in the bathroom and always stuck beside Darren
“ Hey Darren, let’s go to the city today and...”
“ Sorry Dora, I promised Elaine that I will show her around the city today. You can come,”
“ No, never mind. I will just go and take Blossom out.” Darren and Elaine left the classroom and I am sure that before they left, Elaine had a smirk on her face. The next few days, Darren spent every day, every hour, every minute, every second with her. I couldn’t take it anymore, I had to talk to Elaine and get her away from Darren.
“ If you don’t stop, I will make you,” I said
“ You want a fight, missy” she said. Before I even answered she had already started throwing punches at me. I stopped one of punches and pushed her lightly away but she pretended to fall down and hurt her ankle. After I realised why she did that.
“ Dora, What are you doing? How can you do that?” said Darren
“ What!? I didn’t do what you think I did Darren,” I explained
“ I saw it with my own eyes Dora,”
“ You don’t trust me? You don’t trust in what I say? Just because of her,”
“ No , but I saw you,”
“ Isn’t there a probability that I pushed her lightly and she faked it,”
“ Yeah but, Elaine never lied.”
“ So you believe her and not me. You know all these days you have spent all you spare time with Elaine. You have forgotten all about me,”
“ No, I didn’t. I mean I had to show her around since she is...”
“ Your still defending her. I give up, I can’t take it anymore Darren. You spend every minute of every hour and every day with her. It shows that I am less important to you then she is. I can’t and wont take it.. I think we need a break,” I stormed off without saying another word. I avoided Darren for the whole day and didn’t seem to care I was so angry and upset that I couldn’t get anything down my throat. This is similar to the days he disappeared but this is different because I tired myself faster then I did before. I did everything to get my mind off him by the morning. The whole house was all clean and not cleaned by the maids. No wonder I would fainted in the hallway. I was walking pass Darren in the hallway, he was with Elaine while I was with Denise. I was 3 meters passed Darren before I felt dizzy and then fell unconscious. Denise called my name, Darren turned around to see me fall on the ground before he ran towards me and carried me to the sick bay.
