14. Sisters Reunited their Relationship
The following day, I have invited Denise out to have a cup of coffee. I talk to her for a long time and finally moved to the topic I wanted to go on.
“ Denise, Do you know you mum and dad?”
“ Not really, I remember very little before I was 5. Most of my memories from then was my twin sister and my little brother. But I don’t care about it anymore I only care about my foster parent or grandma,”
“ Do you really not care?”
“ Yup, life now is great,”
“ So you don’t care of finding your twin sister, me” I whispered.
“ Pardon...”
“ I’m...I’m... tired lets go home ok,”
“ Yeah, sure” We both went our separate way, she walked towards her house while I rode Blossom home. I want to tell Denise, I’m her twin sister and everything that has happened in the past years but she seems really happy with her life right now. A few days later Denise and I have become very close friends could be because of our blood relationship. Nevertheless I feel that not telling her she is my sister doesn’t matter too much because I can still try and take care of her secretly. Remembering the demon that appeared last time, my father will definitely want to catch her back to him. Denise is still unable to control her power just yet so she is in grave danger or maybe just the demon if Denise unleashes her power subconsciously. Not long after I thought of this the same Demon appeared not in front of me but Denise. She was by herself on the grass area while the six of us were walking by the area and saw the situation.
“ Everybody, transform,” I said
“ Hello little girl, remember me. I shall return you back home, come along now.” said the Demon to Denise.
“ Who are you? I’m not going anywhere with you,”
“ You have no choice,” Demon flew towards Denise. Denise turned to run for cover while the demon started to attack her. When the six of us finally finished transforming, we noticed Denise has fallen. The demon was going to use another attack that will knock denise out and the demons mission will be done. The fire ball was released while the six of us rushed to help Denise. We were closing in but I saw movements beneath the ground, I looked up and I saw Denise’s eyes.
“ Everyone watch out!” Too late everyone were trapped in the branches released by Denise. Once again the power has been released her power on the wrong people, there is only me to stop this.
“ Perfect, the two ladies I need. First you” as he pointed at Denise.
“ I would not allow to hurt her one bit,” I was not able to defeat him and I used a lot of my strength my friends are still tied up.
“ Your turn,” Another fire ball flew towards Denise, I will not allow anything that could harm my sister so I jumped in front, taking the blow. Denise used her branches and attacked me while pushing me away.
“ She doesn’t want you to help so butt out of this princess” said the Demon. Again the demon threw a fire ball towards Denise, for the second time I jumped in front of Denise. I noticed when I got hit Denise’s eyes turned from a glowing green back to normal. Through her eyes, I noticed she remember something from the past and it was the time we were 5 years old. I was in a convenience store buying same sweets for us sisters to eat when I went out I found some boys bullying my little sister. At the time I rushed to help her like now I took a hit instead of her. I used my wind power to chase them. The branches disappeared while this happened transformation pen appeared. With it, she will be able to control her power and turn into another warrior.
“ Grab it, imouto.” I screamed Denise wasn’t sure if she wanted to or not but decided to grab as the demon was about to throw his next attack. With her wood power and my wind power, together we defeated the demon and let him disappeared from the world forever.
“ So... all along you have been my sister,”
“ I’m sorry, I didn’t say it earlier but...”
“ To tell you the truth I came to this school was to find my twin sister and reunite with her because she is the only person i remember.”
“ Really!? Then came and meet our mum,”
“ I’m sorry, Dora but why should I find her whemshe never wanted to find her,”
“ Denise, that is not it,”
“ Onee-san, please don’t force me to go. Can’t we just happily reunte our relationship?”
“ Fine,” I smiled.
